GUIDE TO THE NORM

GUIDA SINTETICA ALLE NORMATIVE (IT)

Tutte le calzature del calzaturificio Garsport sono prodotte nel rispetto dei requisiti essenziali stabiliti dalla Direttiva 89/686/CEE del 21 Dicembre 1989 in materia di riavvicinamento alle legislazioni degli Stati membri relative ai dispositivi di protezione individuale (DPI) e del relativo Decreto Legislativo 4 Dicembre 1992 n. 475.

Le calzature possono essere conformi alla norma EN ISO 20345:2004 che stabilisce le specifiche delle calzature di sicurezza con resistenza all’urto del puntale a 200 J. Essa definisce i requisiti di base del prodotto e quelli supplementari.

In alternativa, le calzature possono essere conformi alla norma EN ISO 20347:2004 che definisce invece le specifiche per calzature da lavoro ad uso professionale.

I requisiti di base si possono così riassumere:

CLASSE I

• SB – PB - OB calzatura dotata dei requisiti di base

• S1 – P1 – O1 come SB/PB/OB integrati da zona chiusa del tallone, proprietà antistatiche, assorbimento di energia nella zona del tallone

• S2 - P2 – O2 come S1/P1/O1 integrati da penetrazione e assorbimento di acqua

• S3 – P3 – O3 come S2/P2/O2 integrati da resistenza alla perforazione e suole con rilievi

CLASSE II

• S4 – P4 – O4 proprietà antistatiche, assorbimento di energia nella zona del tallone

• S5 – P5 – O5 come S4/P4/O4 integrati da resistenza alla perforazione e suole con rilievi

GUIDE TO THE NORM (ENG)

All Garsport footwear are produced according to the EEC instructions 89/686 dated 21st December 1989, concerning the standardisation of legislation of all member countries with regard to individual protection systems and the relative legislative decree dated 4th December 1992, no. 475.

Our footwear can comply with EN ISO 20345:2004 norm that fixes detailed lists of safety footwear with resistance of a steel toe cap at 200 J. It also fixes all the basic requirements of the products and the additional ones.

Alternatively, our footwear can comply with EN ISO 20347:2004 norm that fixes the detailed lists of safety footwear for professional work.

The basic requirements can be summarized as follows:

CLASSE I

• SB – PB - OB shoe with basic requirements

• S1 – P1 – O1 like SB/PB/OB integrated by heel area closed, antistatic properties, energy absorption of heel region

• S2 - P2 – O2 like S1/P1/O1 integrated by water penetration and absorption

• S3 – P3 – O3 like S2/P2/O2 integrated by resistance to perforation, contoured sole

CLASSE II

• S4 – P4 – O4 antistatic properties, energy absorption of heel region

• S5 – P5 – O5 like S4/P4/O4 integrated by resistance to perforation, contoured sole

GUIDE SYNTHÉTIQUE AUX RÉGLEMENTATIONS (FR)

Toutes les chaussures de sécurité produites par l’usine GARSPORT sont fabriquées conformément aux exigences établies par la Directive 89/686/CEE du 21 Décembre 1989 en matière de rapprochement des législations des États membres relatives aux dispositifs de protection individuelle (DPI) et du Décret Législatif du 4 Décembre 1992 n° 475.

Les chaussures peuvent être conformes à la norme EN ISO 20345:2004 qui établit les spécifications des chaussures de sécurité avec embout 200 J. Elle définit les caractéristiques obligatoires du produit et les exigences additionnelles.

Comme alternative, les chaussures peuvent être conformes à la norme EN ISO 20347:2004 qui définit les spécifications pour des chaussures de travail à usage professionnel.

Les conditions de base peuvent être résumées de la façon suivante:

CLASSE I

• SB – PB - OB chassures avec caractéristiques de base

• S1 – P1 – O1 comme SB/PB/OB plus talon fermé, propriétés antistatiques, absorption d’énergie au talon

• S2 - P2 – O2 comme S1/P1/O1 plus imperméabilité

• S3 – P3 – O3 comme S2/P2/O2 plus semelle anti-perforation, semelle à crampons

CLASSE II

• S4 – P4 – O4 antistatic properties, energy absorption of heel region

• S5 – P5 – O5 like S4/P4/O4 integrated by resistance to perforation, contoured sole

SICHERHEITSSTUFEN IM ÜBERBLICK (D)

Alle Garsport Sicherheitschuhen sind Gemäß EU Regulierungen 89/686 vom 21 Dezember 1989 Hergestellt, nach den Standards und Richtlinien aller Mitglieder zur PSA Gesetz Nr. 475 vom 4 Dezember 1992.
Alle Schuhe entsprechen der Norm EN ISO 20345:2004 oder Norm EN ISO 20347:2004.

Klassifizierung:

• EN 20345/345 Spezifikation der Sicherheitsschuhe für den gewerblichen Gebrauch.

• EN 20347/347 Spezifikation der Berufsschuhe für den gewerblichen Gebrauch.

• S1/O1 mit Schutzkappe, erfüllt alle Grundforderungen, antistatisch, stoßabsorbierende Sohle (20 Joule), geschlossener Fersenbereich.

• S1P wie S1, zusätzlich mit durchtrittssicherer Zwischensohle.

• S2/O2 wie S1/O1; mit Schutzkappe, gegen Nässe und Feuchtigkeit, antistatisch, rutschhemmend, öl- säure-, benzin- und fettbeständig, zusätzlich wasserabweisender Schaft.

• S3/O3 wie S2/O2; mit Schutzkappe, zusätzlich durchtrittsichere Zwischensohle, gegen Nässe und Feuchtigkeit, antistatisch, rutschhemmend, öl- säure-, benzin- und fettbeständig, zusätzlich wasserabweisender Schaft.

• S4/O4 wie S2/O2; mit Schutzkappe, jedoch aus polymerem Material, gegen Nässe und Feuchtigkeit, antistatisch, rutschhemmend, öl- säure-, benzin- und fettbeständig, zusätzlich wasserabweisender Schaft.

• S5/O5 wie S4/O4; mit Schutzkappe, jedoch zusätzlich mit durchtrittssicherer Zwischensohle, gegen Nässe und Feuchtigkeit, antistatisch, rutschhemmend, öl- säure-, benzin- und fettbeständig, zusätzlich wasserabweisender Schaft.

Alle Arbeitsschuhe mit der Normierung S1-S5 entsprechen der Europäischen Norm EN 344 / EN 345.

EN 344: Alle Grundanforderungen werden erfüllt.

EN 345: Sicherheitsschuhe mit 200 Joule Aufnahmevermögen der Stahlkappe.

EN 347: Berufsschuhe ohne Stahlkappe (04 entspricht S4 ohne Stahlkappe.

GUIDA DE NORMAS (PT)

Todo o calçado de protecção Garsport é fabricado conforme as instruções da directiva da CEE 89/686 de 21 de Dezembro de 1989 que aproxima a legislação dos estados membros relativa aos sistemas de protecção individual DP e do decreto de 4 de Dezembro de 1992 nº 475.

O nosso calçado cumpre as normas EN ISO 20345-2004 que estabelece as especificações do calçado de segurança com biqueira 200J, definindo as características obrigatórias do produto e exigências adicionais. Em alternativa, o calçado pode cumprir a norma EN ISO 20347/2004 que define as especificações para o calçado de trabalho para uso profissional.

Os requisitos básicos podem ser resumidas como a seguir descriminados.

CLASSE I

• SB – PB - OB Calçado dotado de requisitos de base

• S1 – P1 – O1 Como SP/PB/OB com salto fechado, propriedades anti-estáticas, e absorção de energia pela zona do salto

• S2 - P2 – O2 Como S1/P1/O1 com impermeabilização

• S3 – P3 – O3 Como S2/P2/O2 com palmilha anti-perfuração e sola com relevo

CLASSE II

• S4 – P4 – O4 Propriedades anti-estáticas e absorção de energia pelo salto

• S5 – P5 – O5 Como S4/P4/O4 com palmilha anti-perfuração e sola com relevo
